voice_agent models
Models offered in voice_agent's Pipeline dropdowns. Lowest position = the provider's default.
Prices estimate each call's cost, in the provider's currency. STT: per hour of audio. LLM: per 1M input tokens / per 1M output tokens. TTS: per 1K characters. Leave empty if unknown. A price change applies to calls that end after it.

Tenants
Customers of the voice engine. A tenant uses the engine with an API token (shown once when issued: give it to the customer with docs/api.md). Suspended: its tokens are refused and its numbers reject calls.

Platform phone numbers
Our numbers, assigned to a tenant and the agent that answers incoming calls. The voice engine points a Twilio number at itself within seconds; for Exotel, set the flow's Voicebot URL in the Exotel dashboard. Numbers a tenant added itself (its own account) are listed too.
